Dominion World Outreach, Inc. was founded in 2001 with the goal of providing practical assistance and life-changing programs to the Hampton Roads and Portsmouth Virginia community. Our mission is to empower individuals and families by providing hope and support to those in need. We offer a variety of services including job training, housing assistance, and mental health counseling. Our team of dedicated professionals are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
